Environmental law organization ClientEarth has launched legal action against the board of directors of energy giant Shell in the UK, arguing that the company’s “flawed” energy transition strategy puts shareholder value at risk. Sustainalytics downgrades three Adani companies’ governance scores

Sustainalytics downgraded corporate governance-related scores for three of India’s Adani Group companies including Adani Green Energy and Adani Transmission on ethics concerns. The lowered scores, come after report from short-seller Hindenburg Research alleged accounting fraud and stock manipulation.Read more
