Enfinity Global has begun commercial operations of a new 33.8 MW solar photovoltaic power plant in Italy, marking the first project delivered under a series of Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with Microsoft. This milestone is part of a broader collaboration that could reach up to 366 MW of renewable energy capacity, with additional solar projects already under construction in regions including Lazio, Emilia-Romagna and Basilicata.

Beyond clean power generation, the initiative is designed to create local economic value. Enfinity and Microsoft plan to invest in community development and job creation in the areas where the solar plants are being built, reinforcing the social dimension of the renewable energy transition.

Enfinity’s CEO noted that the project reflects the company’s mission to deliver value-added renewable energy solutions while acting as a responsible partner to local communities.
