EU have adopted a regulation to enhance the transparency and integrity of ESG rating activities

A per the new regulations, ESG rating providers established in the European Union need to be authorized by the European Securities and Markets Authority (“ESMA”) to provide ESG ratings. This is to enhance transparency and integrity of ESG rating activities. Read more
